Join CVHC at Bon Secours Southside Medical Center in Petersburg for an in-depth look at the HICS. This course will be more focused on the positions within HICS and how they are utilized. CVHC will be conducting Decontamination PPE hands on training during our asset deployment event. This training will go over the proper way to don and doff PPE, and appropriate PPE based on patient presentation. This training will be held in the back parking lot at the decontamination tent set up.
CVHC will be conducting Decontamination Training in the full Decontamination Tent set up. Participants will be able to don full PPE and simulate decontaminating a patient through the tent.
Brush up on Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) skills with our two hour refresher course. This course will be held during our asset deployment event in the back parking lot at the hospital.
CVHC will host a Virginia Hospital Alerting & Status System VHASS Training during our asset deployment event at Johnston Willis Hospital.
